ALMOND HARVEST (27-08-2007)

We are preparing the almond harvest as it will start in a few weeks. The hulls are begining to split open and if the dry climate goes on, they will separate easily from the nuts when harvested. Our almonds are sold by the cooperative to the consumers, but also the almond made products manufacturers (cake shops, confectionery).
