Grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache, Carignan.

Stony terraces "terroir".

Average vineyard age: 30 years.

Traditional winemaking and aged 12 months in french oak barrels.

Tasting notes: Garnet red/purple colour, spicy nose, red fruits aromas with oaky notes, powerfull tanins and linguering finish.

Food pairing: roasted meats, stews, game, cheese.
