This wine is a blending of several vintages. The younger one is 5 years old.
Gently aging int he barrels of the domain gave it a bright deep amber colour and a marvelous mixed aromas of dry fruits, honey and fig.


Food pairing : Apéritif, Foie gras, desserts.
