Sweet country wine from late harvest.

Grape variety: Muscat d'Alexandrie 100%

Stony terraces terroir.

Average vineyard age : 30 ans

Winemaking : Traditional winemaking of white wines and very long fermentation. 

 

Tasting notes : This special wine opens with pleasant aromas of dry apricots, honey and wax. Tangy acids countervail the sweetness, while dry fruits notes extend through the finish.

This wine can be sipped on its own, or served with foie gras, cheese   and pastries.

 

Serving temperature :  10 to 12°
